Access to the LISNR® Customer Portal is available with user-specific credentials. If you are logged into the Portal simply click on the link to the billing page. If you are not logged in, you will be directed to the Resources page when you do login. From there, navigate to the User icon in the top-right, drop down to Billing, and click to access your secure Billing information:
When did LISNR® start using electronic invoicing?
Electronic invoicing was piloted in May, 2023, and rolled out to all customers in August, 2023.
Why did LISNR® start using electronic invoicing?
Customers have asked for an electronic invoicing process to replace the old, inefficient process of receiving Quickbooks invoices as PDF attachments in emails.
Using the new electronic invoicing process, you can view invoice(s) and pay via a hyperlink to Stripe.

Centralized access to all LISNR® products, support and services via the Customer Portal
Real-time access to all invoices going forward for planning, budgeting, and accounting purposes
Credentialed access to LISNR® Customer Portal (and Stripe) for improved privacy and security
An automated online process that makes accounts payable much more efficient
Can I make a direct payment rather than use Stripe?
Direct payments can be made using the information found directly on the invoice.
